The International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators (IARSA) has entered education research partnership and collaboration with the renowned International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE), Delaware, United States. The statement was released from the office of the Executive Director of the Association.

The purpose of the agreement includes to share a desire to develop mutually strengthening and enriching international educational and research experiences for both faculty, students and members; provide a general basis within which specific cooperative activities of research, education and cultural nature which will involve faculty, students and/or members from both organisations; encourage faculty and researchers in various disciplines in developing contacts and propose collaborative projects; promote both organisations faculty and researchers to participate in a variety of research activities and professional development; encourage students/members/research personnel of both organisations to attend lectures, seminars, workshop and conferences in the respective areas of interest.

Other include to carry out joint research and continuing education programnes; exchange information pertaining to developments in education and research activities, students and membership development and research at both organisations; encourage regular visiting faculty members and scientists to give talks in lecture/programnes; share the library and scientific facilities mutually by giving access, the library and other resources of either of both organisations among others.

The cooperation between QAHE and IARSA recognises the importance of mutual collaboration and the contributions to the educational society; share a desire to develop mutually and strengthening international research experiences for both organizations; provide a general basis within which specific cooperative activities of research, education and cultural nature may be implemented involving members from QAHE and IARSA and encourage, develop contacts and propose collaborative projects.
